St. Croix Hospice:

• Provides reasonable modifications
• Provides free auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, which may include:
  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (such as large print, audio, accessible electronic formats)
• Provides free language – assistance services in a timely manner to people with limited English proficiency, such as:
  • Qualified interpreters or translators
  • Information written or provided orally in other languages
