We use technology such as Google Duo and FaceTime to connect patients with loved ones during our visits. We can help families install these apps if needed.

Phone Calls

Recognizing families want to know about their loved one’s health when they are apart, our teams check-in often by phone. We also make phone calls during our visits so patients and family members can talk directly.

The St. Croix Hospice InTouch Family Connection Program is led by our Social Workers and Chaplains with involvement from our RN Case Managers and Hospice Aides.
