Bereavement Support
Loved ones help shape who you are. When one of those people passes away, it is a profound change. Grieving that loss can bring about a wave of emotions, affecting your spiritual, social, intellectual and physical health. Although we all experience grief, everyone’s reaction is unique. Because every person walks their own path through grief and healing, there are no rules, time limits or “right” ways to grieve.
At. St. Croix Hospice, our commitment to your family doesn’t end when your loved one dies. We want to ensure you’re supported and comforted as you and your family navigate your own grief journey.
The bereavement support we offer for 13 months after your loved one’s death includes:
- Check-in phone calls or visits
- Mailed grief and loss newsletters
- Referrals to community and online resources, including grief support groups and counselors
We’re here for you. Call 855-278-2764 and we’ll help connect you with a bereavement team member. You may also explore and share the resources below.
